Catherine, who founded the company in 1998 has over 21 years of extensive experience in residential interior design. Work experience ranging from an exclusive home interiors retailer to the Region's foremost home builder, has established a professional wealth of knowledge that Catherine has built on by hiring professionals. This translates into a superior ability to offer a complete package of design services for any client's needs.

Catherine is past member of the Board of Directors of The Better Business Bureau of Ottawa. She also is a member of the Canadian Decorators Association. She is a member of the Capital Business Association.

Shirley Gratton - Interior Design Consultant

Shirley, who was born in Ottawa, Ontario has a diploma from The Sheffield School of Interior Design and Decorating as well as being AutoCad Certified from Algonquin College. She has 5 years of working experience in the field. Design experience ranging from new home customization to remodeling existing residential space. She is able create working floor plans, coordinate colour schemes, and select the appropriate decorative and functional furnishings, window treatments, textiles and finishes for your home environment.

Cara Scott - Interior Design Consultant

Cara grew up in Carleton Place, Ontario. She graduated from the Residential Decor program at Algonquin College in 2002 and has since taken additional AutoCAD training to broaden her knowledge. Her colour and design sense is especially helpful in making each client's home a beautiful space.

Cara and her husband Jeff live in Carleton Place with their daughter Avery and son Korbin, who was born April 30, 2009 and dog Chopper. Cara is thrilled to be working in such an exciting and ever changing field.

Allison Parsons - Interior Design Consultant

Allison, who grew up in Toronto, moved to Ottawa when she was in her early teens, graduated with honours from the Algonquin College Interior Decorating Program, and has two years of experience in the field.  She is excited to be an associated with the exciting and knowledgeable group at Catherine Pulcine Interiors.  She loves interior decorating/design and has a great sense of colour and style.

Karen Jackson - Office Manager

Karen was born in Goose Bay, Labrador, where she lived most of her life with her 2 younger sisters Theresa & Natalie and parents Margaret and John Davis. Moving to the area in 1992, she now considers Ottawa home. Karen was married in the summer of 1999, and she and her husband Kevin are thrilled with the arrival of their second child, their son Kaden who was born March 9, 2004. Kaden's older sister McKenna, who was born in June of 2001, is thrilled to have a little brother.

Jerome Pulcine - Business Manager

Jerome has been involved with the company from the very beginning and loves every aspect of it, so much so, that as of January 2001 he now works full time here.

Jerome is responsible for all the business facets of the company, such things as marketing (including the web site you are now looking at), accounting and the general day-to-day operations. He brings 15 years of retail management, 8 of which was with the local Ethan Allen Home Interiors retail store, (which, by-the-way is where he and Catherine met) and 7 years in real estate industry.
