Natalie Cox (President) and Megan Patterson (CEO) met over a decade ago while working as design consultants at CPI Interiors, where their complementary skills and shared passion for thoughtful design quickly became clear. What began as a collaboration evolved into a lasting partnership built on trust, creativity, and attention to detail. When the opportunity arose to purchase CPI Interiors, the transition felt natural and even serendipitous, with the company’s initials perfectly matching their own. Today, they lead the firm together, inspiring a talented team and continuing to create homes that balance beauty, function, and authenticity.

CPI Interiors is a female-owned and operated firm specializing in connected, client-driven interior design and decorating in Ottawa. Since its conception in 1998, our process has been characterized by innovative problem-solving that prioritizes customized livability, comfort, and quality.

President | Lead Designer
Natalie Cox, award-winning designer and President of CPI Interiors, believes every home should be both beautiful and functional, offering comfort, balance, and harmony for the people who live there. She is known for her thoughtful use of colour, her ability to make the most of every space, and for creating homes that flow seamlessly from room to room. Originally trained as a graphic designer, Natalie transitioned into interior design over a decade ago and has been helping Ottawa homeowners bring their visions to life ever since.

MEGAN PATTERSON
CEO | Director of Design
Megan Patterson, award-winning designer and CEO of CPI Interiors, brings over 15 years of experience helping clients create homes that are both beautiful and practical. Known for her deep knowledge of the design and renovation process, she combines expertise with a cheerful, approachable style that puts clients at ease. Since joining CPI Interiors in 2015, she has become a trusted partner for homeowners across Ottawa. Today, Megan leads the design team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the studio and business.

KAREN JACKSON
Office Manager
Karen Jackson, Office Manager at CPI Interiors, is the backbone of the studio, ensuring every project and operation runs smoothly. With over two decades of experience, she oversees daily operations from deliveries and installations to orders, while providing guidance and support to the entire team. Originally from Goose Bay, Labrador, Karen has made Ottawa her home and become an indispensable part of CPI Interiors, known for her dedication, reliability, and commitment to the company’s mission. Her steady presence and expertise help the studio deliver seamless experiences for both clients and colleagues alike.

EMILY HILL
Business & Marketing Manager
Emily Hill, a seasoned business and marketing professional, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to CPI Interiors. With a diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, she has developed a versatile skill set in marketing and project management, honed through her earlier years at CPI and subsequent professional experience. Drawn back to the company by its client-focused values and collaborative spirit, Emily now applies her knowledge and enthusiasm to support the team and ensure every project runs smoothly. Her dedication, insight, and passion for excellence make her a trusted partner behind the scenes, helping CPI Interiors continue to deliver exceptional experiences for its clients.

MEGHAN KLUKE
Interior Design Assistant
After years of demonstrating a knack for creativity and discovering a strong attention to detail, Meghan decided to pursue her true passion, interior design and decorating. Meghan, born and raised in Ottawa, earned her certification in Interior Decorating at Algonquin College where she was able to fully express her talent with the design world. She prides herself on unique designs and being able to adapt to any style. Meghan loves to inspire and be inspired by all that surrounds her, which is one of the many reasons why she is so proud to be a part of the CPI team.

AMY KOGI
Interior Design Assistant
Amy Kogi loves creating beautiful spaces. She believes everyone deserves to retreat into a space that reflects who they are in every way, and she feels it is her calling to help them achieve that in their home. Whether you like a contemporary space, prefer the cozy earth tones of a rustic design, or the simplicity of a modern space, she is here to help you through every step of the way. Backed by an education in Interior Decorating from Algonquin College she brings knowledge in hand and computer drafting, rendering, selecting the best suited finishes & furniture layout. Her goal is to help you redecorate your spaces to reflect…you!

OLGA CHERVINSKY
Administrative Coordinator
Olga, Administrative Coordinator at CPI Interiors, brings a blend of creativity, organization, and attention to detail to the studio. With a BA in Psychology and a Registered Nurse designation, she has cultivated strong skills in customer service and support, which she now applies in a more artistic and design-focused environment. Passionate about beautiful spaces and inspired by the creative process, Olga ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting the team so they can deliver exceptional experiences for every client.
