From the first concept through to installation, we handle the details so you can enjoy the finished result without the stress of coordinating it all yourself.
Every project starts with a phone call to understand your style, goals, and priorities. We make sure our process aligns with your vision, then schedule a complimentary in-home consultation at a time that works for all decision-makers in your household. Your only preparation is considering what you’d like to invest in your home.
During our consultation, we tour your home together to understand how each space is currently used and how you’d like it to function. We review your wish list, clarify priorities, and discuss your budget. Once the plan is clear, we provide a transparent, flat-rate design fee, due in full before design work begins. For projects that include renovations, we also schedule a site visit with our trusted trades to take measurements and prepare for the design phase.
We meet at your home with one of our recommended contractors and our design team. During this visit, we take precise measurements and capture before photos. Your lead designer will review the design direction with you to ensure everyone is aligned and your vision is accurately translated into the plans and material selections.
Your designer brings your vision to life with detailed plans, 3D renderings, and curated material samples—all presented in your home so you can see exactly how the space will feel. We review plans, samples, and full pricing together, then handle ordering, receiving, and preparing all items for delivery. We keep you updated every step of the way.
If your project includes renovations, this is when they happen. We coordinate with trusted trades, conduct regular site visits, and ensure every detail aligns with your design. We manage the logistics so you don’t have to.
When all custom and procured items are ready, our white glove delivery team brings everything to your home. We unpack, assemble, and place each piece perfectly according to the design plan, ensuring a seamless setup.
The project concludes with a final walkthrough alongside your designer and, if applicable, your contractor. We review every detail, address any last adjustments, and make sure your home is exactly as envisioned, ready for you to enjoy fully.

We work closely with trusted trades, manufacturers, workrooms, and suppliers throughout every project to make sure the design vision is carried through from concept to completion.
Each project is led by a dedicated lead designer and backed by a team managing logistics, coordination, procurement, and all the behind-the-scenes details, so the process stays organized and efficient.
Our clients aren't expected to sort through endless options or juggle dozens of moving parts. That's our job.

Most of our clients are balancing busy schedules, careers, family life, and, you know, everything else. One important note: we only take on full renovations, not partial updates. That means we're not the right fit for projects like a backsplash swap, a shower-only update, or replacing a single element of a room. After the consultation, we create a clear plan based on the scope of your project.
For furnishing projects, we move into the design phase and begin preparing your presentation, including layouts, selections, samples, and furnishings.
For renovation projects, the next step is a site visit with one of our trusted contractors to confirm measurements and review the scope before design development begins.
From there, our team guides you through each phase of the process, helping you make decisions with clarity and confidence while we coordinate the many moving parts behind the scenes.

Most of our projects are based in Ottawa and the surrounding area, but we do take on select projects further afield, including cottages and second homes. If you're wondering whether your location works, just ask. We're happy to talk it through. Please note we only work in Ontario.

Our process works best for clients who want to be guided rather than do the designing themselves. We ask a lot of questions upfront to really understand how you live, what you love, and what matters most to you, and from there, we take the lead on pulling everything together.
That doesn't mean you're not part of the process. You'll review and approve the design at key milestones, and your input shapes every decision we make. But the heavy lifting (sourcing, coordinating, problem-solving, and making sure every detail works together) is on us. That's what we're here for.
