OUR PROCESS
How we bring your vision to life
Step 1: Initial call
Every project starts with a phone call to understand your style, goals, and priorities. We make sure our process aligns with your vision, then schedule a complimentary in-home consultation at a time that works for all decision-makers in your household. Your only preparation is considering what you’d like to invest in your home.
Step 2: In-home consultation
During our consultation, we tour your home together to understand how each space is currently used and how you’d like it to function. We review your wish list, clarify priorities, and discuss your budget. Once the plan is clear, we provide a transparent, flat-rate design fee, due in full before design work begins. For projects that include renovations, we also schedule a site visit with our trusted trades to take measurements and prepare for the design phase.
Step 3: Site visit
We meet at your home with one of our recommended contractors and our design team. During this visit, we take precise measurements and capture before photos. Your lead designer will review the design direction with you to ensure everyone is aligned and your vision is accurately translated into the plans and material selections.
Step 4: Design & presentation
Your designer brings your vision to life with detailed plans, 3D renderings, and curated material samples—all presented in your home so you can see exactly how the space will feel. We review plans, samples, and full pricing together, then handle ordering, receiving, and preparing all items for delivery. We keep you updated every step of the way.
Step 5: Renovation phase
If your project includes renovations, this is when they happen. We coordinate with trusted trades, conduct regular site visits, and ensure every detail aligns with your design. We manage the logistics so you don’t have to.
Step 6: Delivery of furnishings
When all custom and procured items are ready, our white glove delivery team brings everything to your home. We unpack, assemble, and place each piece perfectly according to the design plan, ensuring a seamless setup.
Step 7: Final walk-through
The project concludes with a final walkthrough alongside your designer and, if applicable, your contractor. We review every detail, address any last adjustments, and make sure your home is exactly as envisioned, ready for you to enjoy fully.
