We begin by meeting with you in your home to review your wish list. For decorating projects, we create a preliminary list of all the items your project will include, then ask you to confirm what you’re comfortable investing in each. From there, we compile the total budget.

For renovation projects, we start by discussing your desired investment and provide guidance on whether that aligns with the scope and quality of similar projects we’ve completed. The most accurate quote comes once the design is finalized, selections are made, and a contractor from our recommended network provides a detailed estimate.

Our goal is to ensure everyone is aligned before the project begins, so there are no surprises when it comes time for the presentation.


Do you shop with me in local retail stores?

We source exclusively from our carefully chosen suppliers, which means when you work with us, we are your retail store. We personally vet every product for quality, durability, and longevity, and our established relationships allow us to handle any warranty matters on your behalf, saving you time and effort.

With our deep knowledge of each supplier, we quickly identify pieces that perfectly suit your style and budget. Our clients love not having to search from store to store. At your presentation, we bring photos and samples so you can see everything in your own light and space. Once you experience decorating this way, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it


How long will my project take?

Custom upholstery and case goods typically require around 12 weeks from the time of order. Renovation timelines vary depending on the size of the project and trade availability. Your lead designer will discuss your target completion date with you to ensure the schedule is realistic and achievable.


Are returns possible?

Since every item we order is chosen specifically for you and often one of a kind, we’re unable to accept returns. We take great care in selecting pieces that are the best fit for your home, and if anything falls short of our standards or arrives with an issue, we’ll address it right away.


Can I get a plan and purchase items on my own elsewhere?

Sourcing on your own can be time-consuming, and it’s difficult to guarantee that items from other stores will fit, match, or achieve the cohesive designer look we create. By allowing us to handle sourcing, you save time and enjoy a polished, curated result that reflects the refined, designer aesthetic you envisioned.
