Natalie and Megan met over a decade ago while working as design consultants at CPI Interiors. From the beginning, there was an ease to their collaboration. Their strengths were different and highly complementary. Their standards aligned. And their shared appreciation for thoughtful, well-executed design quickly set them apart.

Both brought with them a depth of experience that continues to define the studio today. Natalie, President and Lead Designer, is an award-winning designer originally trained in graphic design. She is known for her thoughtful use of colour, her ability to maximize space, and her talent for creating homes that feel cohesive and balanced from room to room. Megan, CEO and Director of Design, brings over 15 years of experience in interior design and renovations, with a strong command of both the creative and technical sides of the process. Her approachable style and deep project expertise help clients feel confident and supported from concept through completion.

What began as a professional partnership evolved into something more enduring. A relationship built on trust, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.

When the opportunity arose to purchase CPI Interiors, the transition felt natural. Even serendipitous, with the company’s initials reflecting their own. Today, they lead the firm together, guiding both the creative direction and the client experience with the same level of care.

Renovation and furnishing are developed in tandem. Cabinetry, finishes, lighting, and furnishings are all considered together, ensuring that the final result feels cohesive rather than pieced together over time.

A trusted process behind every successful project

Behind every finished space is a highly structured, detail-driven process designed to remove stress and create clarity.

CPI Interiors manages every moving part of the project. From initial concepts to final installation, the team oversees design, sourcing, coordination, and execution. This level of involvement allows clients to step back, knowing that every detail is being handled with care.

It begins with an initial call to understand style, goals, and priorities, ensuring that the process is the right fit before moving forward. The process continues with an in-home consultation where the scope of work is defined. Having all decision-makers present at each appointment allows us to address questions in the moment and keep your project moving forward with clarity and ease.

At this stage, design fees are outlined based on the complexity and scale of the project. The design service fee is collected in full before the design phase begins, ensuring the team can dedicate the time and attention required to develop a thoughtful, comprehensive plan.

Budget is addressed early and transparently throughout the process. Once the project scope is established, the lead designer works closely with clients to ensure the investment aligns with the overall vision for the space. At the Presentation appointment, clients are presented with the complete design plan along with detailed project pricing, including the contracting quote.

Sourcing, logistics, and delivery, fully managed

One of the most defining aspects of working with CPI Interiors is the level of detail applied to sourcing and execution.

All products are sourced through trusted suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability. But sourcing is only one part of the equation.

Ordering, tracking, shipping, inspection, assembly, and white glove delivery are all managed by the team.

Products are shipped to CPI Interiors’ warehouse, where they are received, inspected, and stored until the home is ready. This allows for a controlled, organized installation process, where everything arrives at once and is placed with intention.

For furnishings, a 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of sale, with the remaining balance due the day before delivery.

White glove delivery and installation are then coordinated in full, ensuring that every piece is not only delivered, but properly placed and styled within the space.

Communication as a cornerstone

While design is the visible outcome, communication is what makes the experience seamless.

CPI Interiors places a strong emphasis on proactive, consistent communication throughout every stage of the project. Clients are never left wondering what is happening or what comes next.

Updates are clear, frequent, and purposeful. Questions are answered promptly. And every decision is documented to ensure alignment.

Email is the preferred method of correspondence, allowing for a clear and organized record of the project as it progresses. During business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, clients can expect timely responses to both emails and phone calls.

This level of communication is not incidental. It is a core part of the service.

CPI Interiors is structured to support each project from multiple angles, with dedicated roles that keep timelines on track, details organized, and communication flowing. This layered approach allows the design team to focus on creativity and problem-solving, while experienced operational and administrative support ensures nothing is missed.

Karen Jackson, Office Manager, is the backbone of the studio. With over two decades of experience, she oversees daily operations, from deliveries and installations to orders, while supporting the entire team. Her steady, reliable presence brings a level of consistency that is felt across every project.

Emily Hill, Business and Marketing Manager, brings a strong foundation in business, marketing, and project management. With a background in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, she supports the team behind the scenes, helping to streamline processes and ensure a smooth, organized experience for clients.

On the design side, Design Assistants like Meghan Kluke and Amy Kogi contribute both creativity and technical expertise. With formal training in interior decorating and strengths in drafting, rendering, and space planning, they help translate ideas into clear, buildable plans while adapting to each client’s unique style.

Supporting it all is Olga, Administrative Coordinator, who brings a thoughtful blend of organization and client care. With a background in psychology and healthcare, she ensures the studio operates smoothly day to day, allowing the broader team to stay focused on delivering exceptional results.

Together, this structure creates a seamless experience. Questions are answered. Details are tracked. Timelines are supported. And every part of the project is managed with intention.
