At this stage, we also establish priorities and budget expectations, followed by a transparent flat-rate design fee that is paid before design work begins.
The next step is a detailed site visit with both our design team and trusted contractors, where precise measurements are taken, and the physical realities of the space are assessed before any design work begins. This alignment early in the process is essential in ensuring that what is designed can be executed without compromise.
The design phase brings everything together through detailed plans, 3D visualizations, and curated material selections, all presented in a way that allows clients to clearly understand how the finished space will feel. This is also where pricing is reviewed in full, and once approved, we manage ordering, procurement, and coordination of all materials moving forward.
The renovation phase is carefully managed with ongoing site visits, coordination with trades, and continuous oversight to ensure the design is being executed as intended. Items are delivered in sequence as needed, and we remain actively involved throughout the build to maintain alignment between design intent and construction reality.
Once construction is complete, if you have purchased furnishings through CPI, we provide white glove delivery, where everything is installed, assembled, and placed according to plan. The process concludes with a final walkthrough to ensure every detail is complete and the space is ready to be lived in.
What happens behind the scenes

Our team is responsible for ordering and managing all key materials, including tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and cabinetry, as well as inspecting them on the job site.
