Custom kitchen renovation in Ottawa featuring warm maple cabinets and four stools at the island.

This kitchen wasn’t only dated, it was bursting at the seams, with storage a constant struggle and a layout that left no room for improvement, while comfortable seating and a dedicated coffee bar sat high on the wish list.

We began by reimagining the layout to add storage and clearly define functional zones, removing as much of the bulkhead as possible so the cabinetry could extend to the ceiling and fully maximize height. A spacious island now anchors the room, complete with a sink, dishwasher, and generous storage, while warm engineered hardwood runs throughout the main floor to create a rich backdrop for the maple cabinetry.

The island and coffee bar, finished in matte black, complement the dramatic dark quartz countertops, and a recycled glass backsplash with a marble-like look ties all the tones together beautifully, leaving the homeowners thrilled with their new kitchen.

“Natalie and the team at CPI helped us transform our kitchen from a room that felt cluttered and disorganized into a beautiful, functional space that we love spending time in!

The design process was easy and thoughtful. Natalie took the time to understand our needs and preferences and offered creative solutions to make the most of our space. Natalie executed our vision perfectly and delivered beautiful results. We are so happy with our new kitchen!”
